M88DR5RCD04 is a Gen4 DDR5 Registering Clock Driver (RCD04) with a maximum data rate of 7200MT/s. Compliant with JEDEC DDR5RCD04 specification, the RCD04 contains two separate channels and supports 1.1V VDD supply. Designed for use on DDR5 RDIMMs, the chip can help the upcoming server systems address performance bottlenecks and provide critical support for demanding workloads such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and high-performance computing.
