The M88IO3032 is an I/O Hub (IOH) chip specifically designed for Intel’s new-generation CPU platforms. The chip connects to Intel’s latest Granite Rapids processors via the PCIe? bus, supporting a maximum bandwidth of 64 Gbps. Its 24 Flexible I/O Adapter (FIA) ports can be as various high-speed I/O interfaces, including PCIe, SATA, and USB, depending on application requirements. This chip aims to provide a highly integrated and cost-effective I/O expansion solution for applications such as cloud computing, big data, and enterprise storage.
